portslie Check server status
Check server status
One check, right now and without an account. portslie sends the same query as a game client or browser and tells you whether only the port is open or the service really answers.

Result
After the check, this shows at which level the service answers: port, protocol or content. A check usually takes less than 20 seconds.
What the levels mean
- Level 1: port reachable. Something accepts the connection, but the service doesn't answer the way a game client or browser expects. Typical for a server that is still starting or has crashed while Docker or Pterodactyl keep the port open.
- Level 2: protocol answers. An answer arrives, but its content doesn't fit: 0 slots, no version, too few FiveM resources.
- Level 3: content plausible. The service answers completely. This is how a player sees it before joining.
What the instant check doesn't do
- No alert. It checks once. To know when the server goes down, add a target: 3 targets are free, with alerts and a status page.
- No internal addresses. portslie never checks private networks such as 192.168.x.x. Websites only on ports 80, 443, 8080 and 8443.
- Limited. At most 6 checks in 10 minutes. The same address is queried at most once per minute; after that you see the existing result.
- One location. The check runs from one of our check locations in Europe. In an account, the majority of several locations counts.
